Nothing but problems with this company, Their driver couldn't find an address so they had the cheek to try and charge us a £50 re-delivery charge. The next day they found the address and called us up to say
"the only place to park is on double yellow lines, if you don't pay the parking fine then we won't deliver it and charge you a £50 wastage charge."
Now we are £150 out of pocket and have to pay another £50 to have the pallet returned to us.
Awful customer service and they can't even do their 1 job

got behind one of their trucks , through Brigg to A15/ M180 roundabout. didnt reach above 30mph the entire way. from Castlethorpe junction road is 60mph then 50mph at Scawby but no improvement in driving or speed. this made me late for a hospital appointment which had to be rebooked and delayed treatment. i had done a school run prior to this (children are not allowed through the gates prior to 8.20am) and knew i had time to get there as normal driving conditions mean Castlethorpe to Forest Pines can be done in approx 5 mins . i rang the company to enquire why the slow pace and was told The Highway Code states all large vehicles should not exceed 30mph. not entirely sure how long ago they last read said guide , but google states speed should be 40mph - a fact confirmed by a friend who drives car transporters carrying min of 6 cars. instead of apologising for their error , man i spoke to was downright rude and accused me of not knowing anything. if i were needing a haulage contractor i would not use these under any circumstances - clearly customer service is not a priority . coincidentally , i had the misfortune to have one of their drivers live next door to me and all i can say is that attitude must be inbred as part of company training ....

I had a large pallet of logs delivered today, narrow lane, parked cars, etc. The driver couldn't have been more helpful - even managed to get the pallet into my garage. Whatever you pay this man, it's not enough!
