i would leave them -1 if i could to be honest. management and training team are super racist; during training, the trainer showed favouritism towards their own people, even going outside for a “quick smoke” and when i asked if i could go as well they said to simply “stay here and do your job”. oh, not to mention how they treat the agency staff. people are just numbers to them and won’t give a dime on you. hr also seems to be turning a blind eye to this so yeah, personally i would never recommend this place— actually, would recommend to avoid.

People at the office, inside the DC and at the gatehouse are great, the place is easy to find, lots of room to park your car, bays are large and spacious as well.

Brilliant reception and security , however they will not let you in more than half an hour before you delivery slot ,and offload is not too fast eather .
There is vending machine and drinking water and hot drinks for
30 pence but no WiFi yet , 4G normal conditions in not available eather.😯

This is a state of the art warehouse with training facilities for all levels of trades within the business to cater for all services rendered to John Lewis customers. It also have a secured parking for both partners and visitors with a gatehouse security in place overseeing all security aspects of the place

I am delivering to this distribution center @ night and found the staff very helpful
With good clean toilets available.
Plus free coffee machine.
