My initial meeting was fine and all went well whilst things were being done in the UK. The owner told us one thing, but! When our things got shipped to JA, we were charged by the ports heavily for their problems. When our goods arrived 2 of our most important items were damaged plus other bits and pieces. I contacted the owner direct to find out what happened and to see if I could claim compensation for these expensive items, this is when the tune changed and since sending her pictures of the damage there has been no effort on the company's part to try and rectify this. I am very displeased about this.

I have used this company for around 3 years, I do not have any complaints. Costs of shipping barrels to Kingston are competitive. Barrels are collected from home address. The drivers are punctual, polite and respectful of property. I ould recommended this company.

Please do not use JLB shipping company. I sent shipment about the start of October 2022 I then went Jamaica in December 2022 to collect them, I was then told by the shipping company that they were still waiting on them to be stripped. I had Christmas presents in there for my mother children/family for Christmas and new years and still did not receive any barrels what so ever. I then called Beverly in Jamaica which she said “she’ll call back” she didn’t call back I then rang her not once not twice but 3TIMES!!!!!!!! and didn’t answer it, Very unprofessional I missed my flight to go back home waiting on my shipment on my family. I then had to buy a new ticket to come back to the uk and still haven’t received my barrels because I missed my flight waiting on them(the barrels) as of today is currently the 6th January and still haven’t received no call /text nor barrels from October as of when it was sent so Please please please please avoid JLB shipping at all costs im writing with tears in my eyes and it’s making me really upset and isolated inside that I would trust this company. No one should trust this company.

Yesterday I seen and spoken to Ms Beverley and staff who were very informative. They were very professional and treated me with such content. Very happy with the service, and I hope I receive all my barrels and boxes plus extras in Jamaica.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Paid £178.50 to ship my 3 barrels from England on the 9 of November 2021. And my barrels has literally just reached Jamaica January 18 2022. The barrel company at Jamaica called my husband saying the barrels are ready to be collected. My God. They’re telling him he has to pay $19000:500 for port fee. And that does not included the $60,000 separately that they told him to walk with! I STRONGLY ADVICE PEOPLE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they’re a middle man. Wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst ENEMIES!!!! May God go with you day light crooks! 👎🏽😡😡😡

By far the best shipping company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I was able to ship back home with ease and everything arrived safely and promptly.
