The staff are incredibly polite and helpful – they even help load my car as I have limited mobility, which they’re not required to do. We are incredibly disappointed with the service we’ve received. We ordered 5 boxes of parsley and 1 box of mint, but the quality was terrible, and all the items had to be thrown in the rubbish. When I contacted customer service and provided pictures, they only agreed to refund 1 box of mint and half a box of parsley—this was unacceptable as the entire order was unusable!

On top of that, we waited over three weeks for any refund to come through, but nothing arrived. When we called customer service again today to follow up, the representative (Meris) was shockingly unhelpful and rude. She refused to assist, repeatedly went silent on the phone, and made no effort to resolve the issue.

We’ve been loyal customers with JJ for over 10 years, across several accounts, and this is how we’re treated? The fact that someone didn’t pay enough attention to the poor condition of the parsley and mint before handing them to us is bad enough. But the refusal to address the issue and the lack of proper customer service has been the final straw.

We’re now looking to start ordering from A-Z instead. JJ has lost a long-standing customer due to their poor service and lack of care. Very disappointing!

Not a good start, am new to the catering business and ordered some frozen foods, the burgers I ordered arrived and were already past their use by date by a month so cannot be used. The other frozen items are in date but am not filled with confidence over there usability. Customer service doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to sort this issue, will be looking for a different supplier from now on.

Disgraceful company. All the negative points I've found.
- Terrible online ordering system. It crashes two to three times a week. It doesn't let you make payments. In my case, I can't even access my account. I entered the username and password correctly, and it still doesn't work. When it works, it's very slow.
- Ordering in the center. They now use large tablets for this. But just like online, they often crash and stop working. There are lines when that happens, and there's only one person at the counter to handle all the customers for orders.
- When you do manage to order, they bring you Delivero. They're incompetent. They always make mistakes with something, or they're missing products, or they give you the wrong one. You have to be careful or check things carefully. Because they deliver things in poor condition and always want to leave quickly before you realize it.
- Customer service is shameful. They're not there to help you; they're there to give you excuses, not solutions.
- If you order delivery, they'll charge you at least 1 pound extra for products plus shipping if you don't buy at least 129. It's a huge scam, when the competition doesn't do this and raise their prices like this. Any product they carry can be found at other stores for a lower price.

I ordered fresh calibrated chicken, which was clearly listed as in stock, and my payment was accepted without issue. However, when my order arrived, I received frozen chicken instead – with absolutely no prior notice or communication about this substitution. I did not agree to this change, and the fact that I wasn't informed beforehand is completely unacceptable.

As I wasn’t home at the time, I requested that the delivery be made to my sister's house. When I finally got home from work and checked, I noticed that it wasn’t the correct item. I immediately contacted customer service, and they asked me to give the chicken back to the driver, which clearly wasn’t possible. They also told me they wouldn’t come to retrieve it unless I placed another order with them, which is ridiculous.

What’s even worse is that they didn’t try to contact me at all through any form of communication to inform me about the issue or offer a solution. It’s beyond disappointing to be treated this way, especially when I was simply expecting the item I paid for. I’ve sent multiple emails, but they haven't responded. I’ve also tried calling, and they just keep cutting the phone off and never get back to me. I will not be ordering from them again and would highly recommend avoiding this company if you expect reliable service or any form of customer care.

Quick and easy ordering process also they let you add to the order after you placed an order incase you need something else after. Delivery came before time and excellent delivery driver polite and friendly. All in all excellent service
