We had excellent service from Jewsons in Torquay during the process of creating a new kitchen. The selection of all that was necessary was aided by the knowledge of the Kitchen Manager who was extremely helpful for the entire process from selection of cupboards, work surface, taps, handles, flooring, appliances to replacing one slightly damaged item immediately. Highly recommend.

Absolutely, rubbish service. I had to call 3 times after telling me they would return my call, due to me expecting a refund following a delivery of slabs, that were 10 slabs short, which I wasnt informed of until the driver mentioned it. These days with customers able to post reviews like this, Jewsons you need to step up!
