Not a good Tip. Driver's room is so hot with no Air conditioning. Very poor for a relatively new building.

Any driver coming here with container delivery be ready to leave site solo with your truck 👏 either you will sit in canteen 4 hours untill they unload you OR leave the site as you are THE BIGGEST threat on this planet if you want to stay in your cab on site 😂😂😂 no, detaching your trailer and parking aside does not make you less of a health and safety threat, the only way to satisfy boys in yellow vest it to leave so JD Rochdale is safe out there as YOU sleeping 4 hours till they unload is very dangerous to them 👏👏👏 #JustEnglandThings

We ordered a jacket for my sons Christmas online, order number 176636092, this arrived yesterday (21st December) the wrong jacket was sent, not what we ordered!! so we took it to the JD store and picked up the jacket we ordered and went to the counter, they told us we would need to buy the jacket again and wait for the refund from the warehouse once the wrong item was sent back, despite this being their fault sending us the wrong item. Manager told us he can’t just take the wrong item and give us the correct item although paid for. Why can’t JD sports honour cases like this? The system needs to change, now we are short of £140 before Christmas as we bought the correct jacket again. Will not be ordering online from this company again.

Pretty simple tipping process. Remember to get a red stamp from the traffic office saying you've given your key back or you'll be at the gatehouse for weeks

One of the worst warehouse site I've ever worked in the moment you walk in! everyone looks and sounds miserable, the security is a big joke!! absolutely appalling when it comes to acting professional at their job. Always on a mad power trip causing unnecessary conflicts they need to be retrained, and learn how to act professional at their job and how to approach staff in a professional manner. always very aggressive when they walk up to you and try to be very intimidating before any random pocket search and when you retaliate they don't like it then they try pin it on you the moment you stand up for your self! And block your id card and then report you to agency to get rid off you.

Also majority the people working in there barely speak any basic English or have any sort of common sense! specially when it comes to talking and intervening without being rude and also invading your personal space!!
Alot of the staff are mainly from black and Asian origin with no basic English communication skills. I just wonder how they even get the job! Alot of them can't even read or write, and absolutely very rude.

Furthermore they Also don't even understand basic hygiene it's absolutely disgusting and sickening..🤮🤮
The agency literally don't care what goes on in the work place,
Especially when you file a report about anti bullying or even someone makes a threat at you there's no action taken against them!!! (Big red flag)
specially if it's from a group of JD staff they will just twist everything up and pin at you and just get rid of you!!

Bare in mind folks when your working for this agency (Job& Talent ) they won't take any of your needs in to consideration when you get bullied by JD staff or the agency staff, when you report them they pick and choose who they want to keep because majority of the workers there either from the same background from the same area who stick together and gang up on you
even the night shift manager (Shiraz) he's linked with JD staff all his mates from the same background from the same place back home!!!
absolutely unfairness at it greatest.

YOUR JUST A NUMBER WHEN YOUR WORKING FOR THIS AGENCY REMEMBER THIS!!!! DONT GO AGAINST THE JD STAFF BECAUSE YOU WILL GET SACKED ON THE SPOT EVEN IF ITS 5 IN THE MORNING!!!!!
