I was told by Wilbys the paving i ordered was over 1ton and could not be delivered to my house.Its not our problem (actual words said)and would have to pick it up from there depot.The paving company assured me that my order was well under a ton as they deliver this size product country wide without any issues. Wilbys tried to charge them £60 excess weight and were just trying it on.should have asked Wilbys to weight the paving when i had to pick it up in a small van.Was quoted £250 delivery by hiab(crane)by man in the office.While loading paving there CEO arrived and asked me what i was doing. I explained i was not happy and how much would it cost delivered by hiab?£60.A bit different to my last quote i said.He soon backtracked. Anyway be wary.
