What truly set them apart was their personal touch. At Manchester Airport, a member of their team was personally present to take Simba into their care. Their kindness and professionalism not only reassured us that Simba was in safe hands but also provided much-needed emotional support for us as dog parents during what was an emotional farewell.

Highly recommend Morgan Luke and the team, who helped us navigate the difficulties in arranging pet trave for our large goldendoodle Neville from Florida, USA to Manchester Airport. Neville arrived safe and sound yesterday morning, crate cleaned and was well cared for until we arrived to pick him up shortly after his arrival. The whole process on the UK side was very smooth and surprisingly quick, thanks to James Cargo Services and also to PAC in Florida. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with James Cargo Services. I recently moved back to the UK from Canada and was trying to get my dog who had just come off a flight at Heathrow and who is also a very nervous traveller, to my new home in the North of England. The staff that I spoke to were thorough in explaining the whole process and walked me through it with care and detail. In the days leading up to my dog's flight, I called several times to ask new questions and they were always kind, understanding and unbelievably patient. I was well informed throughout the whole process of my dog being cleared at customs and given updates every few hours, information that was gladly received as I was extremely anxious about my dog being alone and afraid. This service is not the cheapest, but I would gladly pay this amount twice over if it meant getting the level of professionalism and care that I received. Many thanks to all those who helped my four legged friend reach his new home. I am very grateful!

We relocated from Manchester to dubai recently and I was so confused on how to take my cat with me. Due to Covid regulations my cat had to go through a 14 day pre isolation at a cattery in Manchester. But Michelle and Julie from James cargo made the entire process so smooth. Their responses were quick and had clarity. Compare to all the other relocation companies they gave me the best quote. I highly recommend them for relocation of live animals. They will definitely make yours and your fur baby’s travel stress free.
