We been charged for 1 EU Pallet storage (1 Sqm) in Germany for £533 for 18 Days. However we were never been informed or quoted for any storage charge before we using them. You just receive an invoice from JAG and they expect you to pay no matter what figure on that invoice even they know it's ridiculously overcharged. If you want to paying for 1 Pallet storage for £30/Day then your call!! JAG should write their storage charge on their rate card so we won't using them if we are aware such high storage charge!

Poor communication. The last two shipments I've had to chase the cargo company myself and let JAG know when they could send a trucker - that's exactly the coordination I pay them for! Further, I have always been quoted door-to-door rates (My shipments have been coordinated with them for several years now), and I noticed that suddenly, they started padding my bill with a hidden fee to the tune of 20%- the last 5 invoices. When I pointed it out, they are basically insisting on payment or they'll hold my already late goods (delivery quoted at 5-7 days, we're on 3 weeks) until payment is made on the inflated bill. So if you want to overpay and under receive, then call JAG, otherwise- find another company to work with
