I ordered a wrong shower cubicle and tray from Victoria plumbing. I had to return it as the seller doesn’t provide returns service. I never returned such huge items and desperately wanted to return it as no room to store them and needed the money back. Many of the couriers are very expensive. Some of them gave you a reasonable quote but the price would go up once you started communicating with them despite you had stated what items you wanted to return from the beginning. Luckily I found IT’S GOTTA GO. Chris the driver and staff of the company, their communication/instruction was excellent, easy to follow. The picking up system was clear to track. Chris picked up my heavy, huge shower cubicle on the agreed date, and helped me carry them from 3rd floor to the ground floor. Until then all the stresses, anxiety and frustration were gone. Time to ordered a new shower cubicle and tray from another seller.
Chris had been great. He was professional, helpful, understanding and thoughtful. I will definitely use the company again. Thank you. Amanda London

Great service throughout. Chris contacted me to explain when he was planning to deliver my item, provided a live tracking link which accurately updated me on his deliveries and ETA at my address. He called me when near and outside my address. He and his colleague were really considerate in my home and took great care despite my furniture being a real challenge to get upstairs. They remained cheerful despite the challenge and the cold foggy weather where I live! Really grateful to you both for a smooth stress free service and the furniture looks great!

I used Chris to collect & deliver all over UK both fragile & high value items including a baby grand piano, pool table, ping pong table, white goods and more. Honestly, couldn't fault him. Truly the greatest experience. Chris was SO friendly, helpful, and amazing. He delivered a couch for me all on his own even when his partner was not able to be there to help. Very professional service that is competitively priced.

We have used ‘It’s Gotta Go’ 3 times now, for both collecting and delivery large and heavy furniture. Each time has been handled with great care, taken into the desired rooms (up stairs) and also been very considerate with taking off shoes / not dragging the items on the walls or carpets. We will definitely be using their services again.

Great service, Chris kept us informed at all times, called to book delivery, sent email in the morning of delivery showing his planned route, called when we was next and arrived on time. Goods arrived in perfect condition no damage in transit either.

I honestly can’t recommend Chris highly enough. He and his colleague were so pleasant and friendly and helpful, not to mention careful with the very large and heavy furniture they moved for me up a tight staircase. And all for a very reasonable price. I would go to them first for a quote from now on. Thank you!
