the worst agency I have ever worked for!!! as long as you work, it's ok, but when you have problems and you have to take your earned money for the holiday, they don't exist. no contact even when you want p45. They treat people like garbage.

Really terrible agency, registered with them and I was told, I had a job in Warrington. Due to current circumstances it took me 2 hours on the bus, due to the bus services being messed up. However, I arrived early for the induction and got told my name wasn't on the list. I contacted their out of hours number and managed to get through to someone, " who said they would ring me back" but they left me standing outside for an hour and 20 minutes. at this point I had missed the induction and was clueless on what to do next.During that time I rang the number back twice, firstly I got buttoned and then the phone got turned off. I text the number which is still on my phone. when I rang the office number they asked me why I never went the induction, I told them I did. They rudely went on to say why didnt I ring the out of hours number, which I explained I did and then they basically told me I never rang. I would not waste my time travelling up there and of stood there for the length of time I did if I was lying.
Very unprofessional and unreliable agency just take the mick out of people.
Would not advise anyone to use them.

I am really glad I had found this agency (I supply) as they helped me get the job i wanted.They had garenteed me a full time job after 13wks I am very happy to say now i have a contract . I've never had any issues.

Absolute joke of an outfit! Agreed todo work for these, agreed times and dates etc. Only for them to change all times a few hours before job started. Reluctantly went to the job in question, only to be ghosted on a car park roof in the wind and rain!! Thanks!!

Class1 driver : I was working for Mark Thomson transport Ltd. in Normanton.
All units Truck was park up on DX side. I was doing job for Panther in
Normanton for couple weeks.
My conversation with the agency after registration about working hours and wages was completely different. For 50 hours of work I should get 650 pound with holiday, which I agreed to.
But 50h I did in 4 days. The agency says that I have to go to work on 5th day because I will not be paid for 5 days only for 4.
First they say you will get 650 pound for 50 hours and then they change that you are paid for the day. Thieves !!!
This agency is LYING drivers !!!!!
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY ( ISupply )BECAUSE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. !!!!!
