Walked in (no appointment) battery replacement for a pixel 7a. Team were great and it was ready to pick up a few hours later. They even sorted it all out for me under Google's warranty.

If I could leave 0 stars , I would. Terrible service by the two men running the shop. On a Saturday with a time arranged repair to replace a Google phone battery, they changed the appointment time 3 times and told me it would take 2 hours. Fair enough, but they actually took nearly 6 hours. The repair was only undertaken while there was no customers in the actual shop , as the repairman also works at the till.
I was told I can't have a receipt, and only have a 90 day warranty on the repair. But without a receipt, I don't have any confidence they will entertain a verbal warranty. Avoid this shitshow of a business at all costs.
Trust me........... GO ELSEWHERE.
Add in the cost of having to pay the £9.00 low emissions zone and the parking costs of £3.00 per hour at Cabot Circus

I dropped my phone off early for a battery replacement on 5.2.25. They told me I could collect it 4 hours later. My phone is so old, I don't have any paperwork. Luckily the battery replacement was still covered under warranty. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Thank you.

I'm really pleased with my first experience at iSmash. I was able to book an appointment on the same day of repair, go to the store, and collect my phone within 2 - 3hrs, so it's definitely worth the money. My screen is looking brand new! They do ask for your phone password, which I didn't question at the time. But I did Google this and they need it to check your phone is running well after the repair, so that makes sense!

I would definitely come back here, and they've just emailed me a £20 repairs voucher that's redeemable for a year.

I was having problems with my Pixel 8 with intermittent green screen. The guys were able to sort out the problem within an hour and replace my faulty screen under warranty no less. They also kindly cleaned the phone and USB port.

Saad was excellent. I didn't get his colleagues name but he was also very efficient at booking me in and helping me to get sorted.

My Google Pixel 8 developed a common screen fault which needed to be repaired under warranty. My two closest repair centres are both in the Broadmead/Cabot Circus Area.

I initially booked an appointment online with another repair centre who offered repairs within two hours. When I arrived, I was told that that earliest would be six hours, but that it could take anywhere up to fourty-eight hours! I politely declined and said that I would try the other repair centre - the salesperson said that they were not aware of any other authorised Google repair centres in the area, and that they would get phones sent to them from other stores around Bristol to fix.

I went to iSmash just up the road and although I did not book an appointment online, they were able to take my phone in for repair straight away and said that it would be completed within the hour. As promised, I received an email a few minutes before the scheduled pick up time to let me know that the phone was ready. A very quick and easy process and I would not hesitate to recommend iSmash to others in the same position. The phone is working perfectly and both people that served me were polite and helpful.

Thank you!

I had my phone screen repaired at iSmash in August, and it’s been an absolute nightmare ever since. By September, the screen stopped working for no reason, so I took it back to get it fixed under warranty. While they repaired the screen, the volume buttons stopped working. I had to go back yet again to get that sorted, only for the phone signal to stop working afterward. Once they "fixed" that, the screen failed again.

In total, I had to return to iSmash around 7 or 8 times, and each time, something broke. This entire ordeal has been a complete waste of time and money. I’ve lost countless hours dealing with their poor-quality repairs. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
