From start to finish, these guys are amazing. I was looking for someone to help me pick up some stuff in Glasgow (the store I was purchasing from did not offer packaging/shipping service of any kind) and then have aforementioned items shipped to my home in Sweden.

InXpress did not only offer to pick up the items at the local store, pack & ship them, but did also broker the very cheapest shipping option, tailored to my request. Besides this, they kept a close eye on the shipment and did not rest until they personally verified the items had arrived with me in Sweden. VERY IMPRESSED. Thank you so much, guys! 🙂

I've been working with Marc at Inxpress for over 10 years & can vouch for the quality of the service provided
Their Webship shipping software is fantastic & makes it really easy to find the best shipping rates from a variety of providers and their prices make it cheaper to go through them than dealing directly with carriers and getting the "standard rates"
How a company responds to any problems that arise is a good indicator to me of their commitment to deliver good customer service - any of the issues that have arisen with our business parcels being shipped around the world have been resolved quickly and Marc & his team are on the case, quite often before I have had to call
Marc's a great point of contact and can advise which carriers are best for certain countries (plus he is always good for a chat)
