DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SEND ANYTHING THAT CANT BE PUT IN A JIFFY BAG!!! WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT ACCURATE WEIGHTED AND DIMENSIONED SHIPMENTS THEN WILL STATE THAT AS IT WASNT IN A BOX OR JIFFY BAG HAD TO BE MANUALLY HANDLED £25 CHARGE HIDDEN IN T&C's YOUVE BEEN WARNED. SHRINK WRAP & TAPING ISNT ACCEPTABLE PACKAGING!!!!! EVEN WHEN OTHERS TAKE THEM

Brilliant online chat and help with Jess - I booked my parcel in, and stupidly had not amended the name of the recipient to her new married name. The correct details were updated and new labels were emailed to me very very promptly. Excellent site to use, and very good pricing, along with full tracking. Cannot recommend highly enough

My recipient announced that he wasn't going to be in on the appointed delivery day.
I asked ("Ella") whether I could move the collection/delivery day forward by one day. I was greatly relieved when Ella was able to make this possible.

Brilliant service, I am constantly selling/buying car parts due to the nature of my hobby and I’ve found this the easiest and cheapest way of sending parts across the UK and even on rare occasions across Europe!!
I have sent many parcels and never had any issues, however I was let down by a courier who was too heavy handed with my parcel, it was insured so that’s when I got in contact with the interparcel team and Becky Blythe was the one who helped me from the very beginning, she made sure I got exactly what was owed to me. She maintained a very polite and kind manner when talking to me and made sure it could be done as soon as possible.

Wish I could give them less absolutely pathetic service and the staff don’t want to help except for the last person I spoke to. I was waiting 2 and half days for someone to collect my parcels that was on next day service, spoke to the lady on the actually day it was booked in for & she said it’s been carried forward for the next business working day as they couldn’t reach you that was Friday all day wasted waiting in, she told me that she will raise this to her manager no contact from manager and did say that you should get update via emails which I haven’t Monday .same thing waited in all day so I rang up the contact Center spoke to another lady she sounded like she didn’t want to be there kept putting me on mute (have previous call Center experience so I know what it sounds like) she said the same thing she told me that she will raise this to her manager-no contact from manager waited in today still no one so I rang the Contact Center I spoke to a male this time he told me that the courier company cannot find my address but funny how that same courier was delivering me a parcel at the same time I was on the phone to him he also told me that the previous callers haven’t escalated the complaint to their manager spend £90 never again with this company by the way self employed lost 2 and half days worth of salary but they don’t care useless useless useless

Great service from Angelica, I had tried 3 or 4 times to get chat with someone about getting an update on a parcel I had sent out a couple of days ago. The previous people took ages to reply and ended up closing the chat after I supplied all my details. Angelica was professional and efficient in dealing with my request.
