Although they were very busy and short of drivers we found them very helpful and amenable. Due to difficulty in access at the delivery destination we agreed to collect our two pallets from the depot with our trailer. On arrival with little hassle the pallets were loaded for us in no time at all. Their flexibility and cooperation was much appreciated.

was tailgated by one of your artic drivers yesterday...have tried calling bug no answer so here's your 1 star review...driver of artic reg fj70whm sat inches from my rear bumper on the m5 avonmouth in 50mph moving traffic around 1115...if I had to break he wouldn't of been able to stop and would 100% caused an accident....

Come on guys, today your lovely lady delivered 2 tons on 2 pallets to our house. You supplied her with a faulty electric pallet truck, no knife when she had to decant with us. She was exemplary and a joy to meet but your company should be ashamed of yourselves to send a lady with such a large delivery with no tools to do the job. I'm giving her 5 stars but you as a company really deserve nothing so I averaged it to 3. If it wasn't for her you would get nothing or 1. I can't imagine how this company is still running, terrible service, no assistance at all when your shipment encounters issues during clearance. They take ages to reply to your email and when you call them, you will be just disappointed as you will not feel willingness to assist you.

We will never use them or even recommend to anyone.

Had one of their lorry drivers drive into my 70yr old dad's collectors car. Whilst going around a roundabout, for them to then deny fault when they know the driver was in the wrong. To then get him to say I tried getting past him. When he admitted fault to the police on which I'm awaiting report from. Soon as I do get it in taking the driver to court now and . Tried offering me 3k to get the car repaired what a collector's car that is no longer original I don't think so. Absolutely shocking company

Pallet was delivered on time. Kerbside drop off. Driver friendly enough.

I guess people have problems with the company when things go wrong so this is just my limited experience...
