Excellent customer service. I telephoned for advice about purchasing hand soap dispensers for a busy bakery kitchen. The units we had previously purchased from a different company had failed and constantly dripped soap. I was given detailed advice about the different models and then purchased a complete new set which are working perfectly and are of a much better quality for a very good price.

I orderes an air conditioning from the site. The order process was simple, the price good and they delivered on time. At the delivery time, the delivery man was polite and efficient, the box in itself was lacquing a stripe and some of the styrofoam was broken so I had to ensure that the device was not damaged. Nothing so far but to be confirmed later. Accident happens, I just hope that if there is an issue it won't be difficult to have it fixed or replace. Most likely I will order again from them.
