Charged quickly and cheaply. Lots of space and no wait. Easy to use with good instructions. No time limit on parking as well which is greatly appreciated

We limped into this charging station, well in the red & were very relieved to find a spare charger.
Easy to use. No problems.
We had enough charge to finish our journey after a quick McPlant at McDonald's.

Excellent when working. I left my house at 3.30 am to charge before going to work only to find both chargers out of service. I telephoned the number on app page but couldn't speak to anyone to report the issue. Please make it easier to report an issue as this is the nearest charger. Also it is annoying having to sign in to the app every so often specially if like me you forget the password and have to reset every time

With no home charger yet I limped here with 4 miles remaining. I tried 10 times to get these to work (I was desperate) and was charged £15 each time but just got “waiting for EV” then green for three seconds then back to yellow and a failed charge every time. The little charge I appeared to get got me an extra 3 miles so I drove 2 miles in turtle mode to Tesco and successfully charged from their Pod Point charger despite InstaVolt telling it was a problem with my car. Also successful subsequent rapid charge from BP. Never had a problem charging the car before. How long do I wait to get my £150 back?

Great place to charge. In high demand. As I live 7 miles away it would great if there were some in or very near Rushden. As these points are sometimes taken by the time i get there. Especially Chademo chargers would be brilliant near me.
Food brilliant in McDonald's. Would recommend as a charging point though.

Have used these chargers four or five times during past three months. As they are approx 150miles from my home in Norwich thus time for a charge and refreshments etc. Very reliable and with a McDonalds for comfort. Excellent, oh and virtually beside A14

Arrived at the charger with my battery level indicator well into the red. Charging was straight forward and easy to use. Back up to 95% in about 1hr 30 mins. Made use of the McDonald’s on site. Overall a good experience.
