Excellent customer service from the small team in Totnes. They remembered my name having not seen me for months, and always seem to be smiling. Easy access units with well serviced building, modern lift for goods and trolleys for carting things around. Also bought boxes and parcel tape whilst moving as they sell a handful of useful items on site.

Friendly helpful people, easy to get into and established in the storage. Also, when there was a problem for a removal van getting in after hours, the manager came out from home to sort it out. When I took my stuff out, the refund happened automatically for the remaining days outside the cancellation notice period.
