You only get a star, so that I can tell you, that you are the worst company and haulage, that I have had the displeasure of being on the receiving end of.
You not sent my pallet to the wrong address, but it wasn't even in the same town or county.
What a double ripoff, no pallet and no refund either. Hope that your drivers mates are enjoying all of our hard earned, paid for goods. They scam you out of your money and don't let you have your orders.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with ISL Ltd a couple of times having deliveries from Victoria Plumbing. Despite the stressful issues caused by Victoria Pluming, ISL at depot 151 were easily contactable by phone and able to resolve the issues caused by VP. Great customer service, great company...

This must be the worst haulage company ever to exist, had a pallet of coca cola delivered to me the driver parked in the middle of the road then he started moaning and complaining that he does not get paid enough for him to unload the pallet and bring it to the door using the electric pump lift 🤷‍♂️ He wanted my staff to physically unload a full pallet in a truck parked in the middle of the road, then we told him to take it back where it came from then he was being verbally abusive to my staff.

If you want a professional company to deliver your goods to your customers i advise you to avoid this company like the plague.

It wouldn't allow me to rate 0 so I had to rate 1 star. They delivered our pallet to the wrong address. They never answer the phone. You cannot talk to anyone. It took them 2 days to get our pallet from the wrong address to the correct address. Hopeless.

Paid £50 for Monday delivery, called them and told it would be on 2nd pm delivery, nothing arrived. Called next day to be told driver never came back to do second delivery . I asked why they never called me , no comment , their attitude was totally careless and not concerned they had messed up and just laughed. This is not the first time this has happened . Disgraceful attitude
