Rude and unhelpful member of staff at the Post Office. Something that I would normally do at another Post Office (currently difficult to get to) I was not able to do here, but there are ways of telling people without be so rude and abrupt.

Generally good staff and stock well kept, unfortunately I've wasted my time twice recently due to the same member of staff not being bothered to relay coherent information regarding the post office, didn't see a trainee badge but wasn't their regular staff.

Would have taken 2 minutes to provide the information or find another member of staff who was able to but instead offered a slightly glazed look over his face and a mumbled stutter of words resembling background retail shop clerk noises you'd hear in a movie.

3 stars because 9 times out of 10 you'll have a good experience, loss of 2 stars because if I caught my staff acting like that, I'd have fired them on the spot.

I have a 'Drop & Go' account as I use the PO at lunchtime every weekday. The staff are fantastic, I make it easy for them, they make it easy for me. The only bad experience I have in there is from the occasional rude customer who accuses me, wrongly, of jumping the queue!

Unbelievably slow, the second time in about two weeks that I have tried to use this PO but left after 20 minutes in the queue. I wouldn't mind if the queue was actually moving, but both times it has been one customer holding things up (I don't know how long for, I won't wait) - I can't tell you how long the delay was as there were about 8 people waiting when I arrived and NONE had been served by the time I left!
