Unbelievable service from Darren sorting out a sofa delivery from daals! I had to delay a day and there was no hassle, just perfectly straightforward communication and the way the guys sorted the heavy package at my address on delivery day was magic. Helped me out and made the handover so easy. Perfectly handled, super friendly team!

Received an unexpected text on Tues 8th Oct at 09:27 from APC Network saying I was due a delivery between 12:02 & 14:02. Turned out it was a cream tea hamper I was being sent. I rescheduled the delivery to Wed 9th Oct as I was away overnight with work. I then received a text on Wed 9th at 09:44 saying it would be delivered between 14:06 - 16:06. At 15:34 I got a text saying delivery had been attempted with a link to reschedule. No attempt to deliver was made & when I looked at the tracking it looked like they had attempted delivery to a different door number further along the path from me. I went on the APC Network website to contact them which I did & have yet to hear from them as of 16th October. Their website stated my local delivery office was Ikards Ltd based in Lanark so I did a search on Facebook to see if they had a page which they did & went to the about section to find a phone number. There was a mobile number which I called & the dialling tone sounded like it was abroad & I was cut off to voicemail. I then sent a FB messenger stating the above asking them to look into. Meanwhile I did a Google search to see if I could find another number which I did, a landline this time which I called. The chap I spoke to said he'd look into what was happening & call me back in 5 minutes.... 35 minutes later he hadn't called so I called again & was told there had been issues with that driver & he was currently at Glasgow Fort before heading back to Lanark so it would now be delivered Thur 10th Oct. I was told I should have been called on my mobile. I also received a FB message advising they delivered in the Glasgow area asking for my postcode to which I replied I'd since spoken to someone. Thur 10th comes & up until 14:19 I had no text with a timeslot so I messaged on FB again & received a response at 14:37 stating they were on holiday & to phone the office landline to which I replied stating I thought it was a business page, as it shows "business chat" in messenger, so I called the office at 14:39 to find out what was happening & was told again I'd be called back in 5 minutes.... 27 minutes later I was called back to say the driver had let them down & called in sick so delivery would now be Fri 11th. I had already explained the previous day it was a cream tea so would probably be spoiled by now. I was told I could make a complaint to APC which I said I would be. I was told again I should have been called on my mobile or sent a text re the delay but again wasn't (my mobile number was on the address label). I called back at 15:10 to ask what time the depot closed as I couldn't take the chance the driver called in sick again so asked if I could go & collect. I was told they would need to check if the parcel was there first & they would call me back.... 3 minutes later I was called & advised it was there & they were open to 5pm so I then did a 2 hour round trip to go & collect the parcel myself during rush hour whilst I was supposed to be still working. On receipt the box was burst open upon collection but thankfully the contents were all intact. I also received a further FB message presumably from the business owner in response to me saying I assumed it was a business page that said "Yes it is for me to be able to advertise looking for drivers etc as you are aware since you have spoken to someone then you know the office number and they will be willing to help you with any queries we have a lot more job interests than just apc but we have set up the office to deal with apc directly so you can get answers to questions directly not just when someone monitors the Facebook page hope this helps". I'm not entirely sure how I was aware the page was only used to look for drivers because I didn't scroll through the page nor was I informed by the office when I spoke to them. I found this response to be sarcastic & unprofessional.

Got my sofa delivered today and ikards were super friendly. Wasn’t aware of the delivery until 20 mins before (they usually message day before though) when they called however they were efficient, respectful and friendly. Allowed me time, and helped, open my package to ensure all looked okay before leaving. Was also told to call them directly if any issues with my Daals order & they’d help sort it. Would recommend this company as a courier in future. Thanks so much guys!

Terrible service, messaged saying my delivery was due on the day before, so I then waited in all day for it to never show up. Don’t bother trying to call their number, nobody ever will answer and their mail box is too full of complaints to even leave a message. Then get a call at 7am the day after my delivery was told it was due, waking me up, saying my delivery was now on the way, the guys show up and were incredibly unfriendly. Terrible

Awful delivery driver who needs to get to Specs savers fast - delivers my companies work stuff & leaves it on my driveway or front doorstep instead of delivering to safe space provided as stated in delivery notes - he obviously can't read delivery instructions hence the Spec savers - costing me not being able to work due to damaged /missing pos deliveries - costing my company 2nd lot of deliveries to stores all because he can't do his job properly & read delivery notes - have complained so many times to my company who keep updating delivery instructions but still this driver dumps it on my doorstep in all weather regardless of damage & cost by not putting in designated safe space provided as shown in video. BEWARE DRIVERS CANNOT READ

Horrendous service, don't use these couriers. They had our parcel on 18th December, but failed to deliver it before Christmas, even though we had several promises and assurances it would be done on the 20th, 23rd and 24th of December. They have no compassion and are happy to lie to their customers, disgusting.

Amazing company. I had an issue where I ordered an item, but by the time it was delivered (few months later) I moved house. Ikards folk were so nice and accommodating, delivering my package to my new home address 10 minute drive away. Driver was brilliant!
