Ignorant driver blocking school gates 15min because he was early. Refused to move even through there was ample space. Children late for school because of this.

Update after response

There was plenty of space for him let cars past, he stopped in the center of the road. Needless, just ignorance.

Fantastic service, taking our very precious frozen pies from Devon to London. All received with great feedback. Very prompt ordering and responding to queries. It's opened our eyes as to our reach as we'd never considered a courier service before and it could open us up to loads more customers.

We have recently started using Igloo for some frozen bread samples across the UK. So far, we have been impressed with the service received. Orders are easy to place and confirmations are dealt with quickly. In regards to the delivery, we receive a confirmation of delivery, along with photographic evidence. My only suggested improvement would be if we could set-up an account, but the threshold is £1K per month. We would recommend.

We have used Igloo for years. Good team and business model. We send several deliveries across the UK with them every week. Unfortunately, there have been two occasions now where they have lost our goods which has cost us about £2000. It’s just not acceptable and I hope Igloo look into this properly and find out why their systems are failing in such a way. We will continue to use them as excellent customer service, very competitive on price and the competition at this price point is weak but we have cancelled that particular contract as for whatever reason it’s that same address where goods have not reached their destination. Igloo refunded £1.30 per kg which is something but a far cry from the £35 a kg it costs us. Igloo has also given us a credit of £150. The sales team and customer support team are excellent. Layda, Rob and Iain thanks for all your help over the years. You’ve been great!
