That said the company is great to work for.
The staff are great.
The driver's are great also.

Its a no nonsense Transport company with common sense procedures, no jumping through hoops or silly time wasting procedures like some other companies, modern well maintained fleet, very well disciplined staff... Work gets done here...

IDS is a good transport company. Their staff and drivers are very productive and their experience adds the value to their service.
My visit was welcoming and I was impressed with the company's values and goals. The management is very good and professional.
Overall, I have to say that despite the location it was a good experience and I can certainly recommend IDS transport for storage and distribution to everyone.

It would appear that all of IDS Transport drivers are not "professional". After their driver was in the incorrect lane at the end of the A500 Dual Carriageway in Stoke on Trent, their driver proceeded to try and force my vehicle into the central reservation despite repeatedly reminding him of my position. This led to him shouting out of his driver window, less than a foot from my front wing, continuing to cross further over the white line

Office staff not competent , rude , they will push you over a driving limits and will offer you RESCUE if you go over 15 hours !!!!
