Royal mail have now been boycotted by us as a local business for letting down our 500+ customers. By not delivering mail regularly, by not delivering parcels properly and refusing to provide decent customer service to work through this issue. Sadly this is 500+ less custom they will receive

Told they tried to deliver parcel at 7.40pm on Monday evening? We were outside and had no deliveries. No one on cameras on our property either. Total lies. Went to parcel office to be told only opens 2 hours a day now.

Walked around the back of parcel office to find it open and unattended, and to find our own parcel in a pile of discarded parcels on the floor. It was worth hundreds.

Will now only be using companies that offer other delivery companies

Checking my emails tonight and supposedly I had an attempted parcel delivery today and a card was left informing where the parcel has been taken to. Well, a card wasn't left, so am I meant to guess where the parcel has been taken to? Or if it will be redelivered or do I have to go and collect it? According to the email the card tells me this!

I can't believe how bad Royal Mail has gotten in this area. What the hell is going on?

Never knock or ring, update that no one answered the door. It happens will all my royal mail deliveries. This is the most disappointing courier service i have ever seen. I hope they look into it.

Excellent service from The Hyde Sorting office this week. I needed a parcel for something important. Andy in particular provided a great service and really went the extra mile to ensure I got my parcel quickly. Thank you for your service.

Once again you have said you have tried to deliver a parcel and there was no answer!!! That is a total lie, you have not been anywhere near my house or knocked on my door. Is this how you claim to have hit your targets as it was supposed to be before 1pm delivery!!! Absolutely disgusting service.

Waited in for a part for the car which was needed urgently. Had 1 delivery today from royal mail which made it all the way from China. Ordered a part from ebay in England and according to the post man/woman there was no answer !!! More like they've gone to road rather than court which a regular thing with our post man/woman as we're always having to go to the other address with there post and vice versa. LEARN TO READ THE ADDRESS BEFORE POSTING MY MAIL TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ffs!!!!!
