The people in the Winsford shop are always happy to help. However, me and my hubby want to make a special mention about Gary. Every time we go he goes above and beyond - lots of helpful advice and really can't do enough. He's so pleasant, obviously loves his job and a credit to the company. Fantastic staff who go out of their way to help and also very reasonably priced . Considering I didn't really know what wood I wanted they were so patient and offered great advice. Unlike the big chains, staff were actually available. Ten out of ten to the staff.
