Gets two stars for the nice guys who works in the timber section... Otherwise would be 1. Never find everything I need there but was getting stuff quite regularly, however today I went to buy an expanding foam filler, asked for help finding it and was handed a tube of adhesive. Realise it wasn't what I had asked for when I got home an hour later but was refused an exchange on the grounds I didn't have the receipt. Poor decision as I will no longer shop there. Would have cost them nothing to swap it for what I needed.

Very efficient at ordering exactly what I needed.
Anne looked up the product and ordered immediately.
Nice friendly service which I really appreciate. Staff are great at LK Buildbase.
BUT......
Problem came when I was calling to check if my order had arrived.
Surely in this day and age - whoever answers the call could look on the system to find this information ICT system is not in line with the times!
Showroom lady was busy with a customer and nobody else could help, call back in 30 minutes. Really?

Well... Customer service is... I was waiting at least 5 min by the desk by my self watching as guys were busy moving pens and some paper around... but maybe it 'new wave' in customer service so maybe it is only me 🤷‍♀️
