I get the NHS is under pressure, but I get sick to death of waiting for urgent help. Wouldn't be so bad, but waiting hours and hours on uncomfortable chairs with an ill child is not the best.

The staff are fantastic, but the whole NHS system is not fit for purpose.

Massive queue , waiting to be assesed by doctors for at least 5-6 hrs sometimes even 10 hrs, horrible trearment for patients from nurses, doctors who claim that you take advantage of hospital even though you pay their wages , there is a lot to say about them ,nhs clearly do not care about their patients , that is no some do wish to be treated in other countries. Neither 1 star if i could give 0 stars i would, it passed 3 years nothing changed same issues

Hull Royal Infirmary Helipad is amazing! It's got a fence round it, some lights, a ramp and a massive H on it. It's a sight to behold. Also helicopters can land on it right next to the hospital so people can get fixed, respect and love to all the cleaners, porters, nurses, paramedics, doctors and of course the helicopter pilots, without them there would be no Helipad or fixed people, thank you so much.

First time going into the hospital for an appointment and it was very easy to navigate once inside. I was given some information as to what section of the hospital I needed to be in for my appointment, and I was able to find my way exactly where I needed to be, without getting lost or needing to ask for directorial help from anyone. The signs inside were very legible, and clearly marked. 0 issues with finding my doctor and appointment and 0 issues with the directions of the hospital! I think this was the first time I've ever been into one that wasn't confusing to navigate lol.
