Be careful when sending packages to this office and through this company, they are now in charge of opening the packages and stealing any electronic items you send. 3 months ago I sent a cell phone, they did not deliver it or return it. The company steals things and no one answers your complaints. Avoid sending through this company, they are thieves.

I’ve been to this post office twice now, once when it was really busy and once there was no one there apart from me. Both experiences customer service was good, nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff always willing to help. There is a cash point outside the post office and also a passport photo machine if you need to take photos. I would recommend this place to anyone 🙂

The rudest staff I have ever seen and a blonde woman who never smiles. Someone should remind her that smiling and saying hello to people is a nice thing to do.

Myself and a few other customers were shouted at by a female staff member after we waited in the rain for over 20 minutes. The staff member said that she doesn't care that we were waiting outside that long in the rain and do we expect her to stay there all night.
The customer service was appalling and they tried to tell us customers that the branch was closed at 6:21pm when actually it closes at 6:30pm.
