We bought our new kitchen from Howdens and would highly recommend them. The design service is brilliant (a particular shout out to Ryan for this) and the quality of the kitchen is great. Looks fabulous! Excellent all round.

Unfortunately in less than 6 months of the installation of a new sink the composite coating appears to be chipping in more than one place, a staff member came to my home to inspect the sink, the whole experiance was very uncomfortable and it was clear from the moment he walked in that the 25 year guarantee was not worth the paper it was written on. We will not be replacing our kitchen with howdens as planned after this. Sub standard quality products.

Absolutely brilliant staff, and a special thank you to Penny Munden. Patience personified. Yes mistakes made on both sides of the fence but nothing that couldn't be rectified. All in all a very reasonable price and no quibble return policy.

Poor quality products with a guarantee thats not worth the paper its written on. Avoid. If anything is wrong they have prehearsed nonsense to avoid all replacements and guarantess etc. Strongly advise you look elsewhere

Didn't supply the kitchen they promised and told us they would, didn't deliver parts, stuff late, complete shambles. Bits missing, wrong bits etc etc etc.. Never offered any discount to make amends and never even apologised. Disgraceful.
