I first visited the Ingoldmells store with my husband and 2 children in May this year. There was so many beautiful things to chose from I couldn't decide! So I took pictures and went away to decide. I then visited the Skegness store and bought several pictures, ornaments. The staff at both shops were absolutely lovely! Couldn't do enough for us! The stock were gorgeous! Il definitely be back. Everyone complements my pictures in the house (especially the Zebra!!) love it. Thank you so much!

I was made to feel really uncomfortable in this shop. I was looking at the animal ornaments and was checking the condition of a boxed one (after noticing one on display had a chipped ear) when the lady working in there came over to me and seemed really put out that I was checking the boxed ones. Her whole attitude and tone of voice was really off-putting and she was rude and very distrusting of me. I explained that I just wanted to check the condition before buying (which is something I always do when buying ornamental items as I am very aware that just because they are boxed does not mean they don't have flaws or marks on them!) and I was met with hostility. Needles to say this out me off buying the item as I do no want to support a business which thinks it's okay to intimate customers like this and only care about a sale. If she don't want customers checking the condition then she should keep them behind the encounter or out the back! I don't expect to go into a shop and be treated like a child that can't be trusted to handle a fragile ornament! (I'm well aware that if I broke it I would have to pay for it) Such a shame because they sell lovely stuff in there, but some lessons in customer service and trust is needed. Avoid!

Mid size warehouse with a wide selection of furniture, lighting, and home accessories, including many fun & quirky items, such as a Mini inspired seat with headlight. Not to my taste, but they have lots of glittery & shiny mirrored items if that's your thing, in fact, so much you almost need sunglasses! Prices varied, but overall, I thought mostly pretty good, for example tub chairs at £50.
An interesting place to look around.

Ok if you like chrome and crystal. It takes "tacky" and raises it to a whole new level, it's like Swarovski on acid. It's range is that hideous it could be a tourist attraction in its own right.

Always visit this store on Anchor Lane, Skegness when we are on holiday and always buy from them, bought a lovely piece of furniture today (25/08/20 can only describe it as a cocktail trunk) well impressed with the quality and also the price, what a bargain... Thankyou

Love the shop in skegness near to the station. We could buy the whole shop . Such an eclectic mix of furniture and pictures. We go in here every time we go to skegness. It's so addictive. Have kitted our house out from this shop.

What can one say this outlet is brilliant staff all staff friendly very welcoming the crushed diamond Furniture is the best best value brilliant pricers I live 72 miles away and well worth the travel to get items off them. 5 plus star
