H&M is a well organized factory for all. The training people that helped you learn the machines they were very helpful. Nice food in the canteen. Just a shame it was short just to cover Black Friday well done H & M.

I’ve literally been there a day from 6 til 2 and it’s honestly not what I expected! People are rude, if your 30 seconds late from your lunch break because 150 other people are walking back to their departments at the same time then you’ll be moaned at like I was. My first day there I saw people spitting on the floor (it’s not the cleanest of places) I was put on pick-retail through an agency and it’s honestly not what I expected. It’s an easy job, yes but they make it so much more complicated than it needs to be! I honestly had better expectations of this place. I would not recommend anybody look for a job here. Disappointing!

Managers are terrible; Have no respect towards agency workers (agency workers are treated like slaves almost). Power abuse and they discriminate a lot, they have this 'couple policy' (which they don't even mention when they hire you) that says that couples are not allowed to work together. Been threatened that we'll be moved to separate departments should we be seen working next to each other or even going on break together.
So yeah, unless you have like no other options like I do since I've arrived in the UK just a few months ago, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Liked it here in the beginning, not anymore unfortunately.

Its the worst warehouse i hv ever worked in. people are so bully and unpolite. And the place: dirty dirty dirty!? Why dont have toilets easy to use? And the last thing. Water. Why we cant bring our bottles? Why we have to buy a jogging jar? Whyyyy?
No defintely the worst place ever. This is a shame cuz Osborne is fantastic, excellent and super, under all the aspects

This review is a genuine experience based on 3 separate orders.

H&M have, on 3 occasions, delivered a size L shirt when I've ordered a size S. Empty promises and hollow apologies were made by customer support whenever I called in to report this. "We're really sorry and we promise this will never happen again!"

The shirt I wanted was on a special promo price for H&M members. Since my first and second orders, the price reverted back to the original price. I have been ordering the correct size, and I find it frustrating that the warehouse staff appear to be illiterate or careless when picking and packing items for the customer's orders.

I do not recommend ordering from H&M until they resolve the illiteracy issue in their workforce.
