We used HJG Removals for a move from a large house to a smaller property not far away. We used them after receiving several personal, local recommendations. We weren’t disappointed at all. Right from the start, we had speedy replies to our questions and nothing was too much bother. On the day of the move, they arrived promptly and worked very hard without a break until they had everything packed up in a very large vehicle with a slightly smaller one for all our garden stuff. Hayden and his two colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Even when moving a lot of stuff from the shed at the far end of the long garden, carrying very large heavy pots and two stone sinks, etc, they were cheerful. Our possessions received professional treatment with coverings where required. At the other end, they had quite a job fitting everything into our smaller property but again, nothing was a bother. A couple of days after our move, we decided that we wanted to make a different room our bedroom, so we had them back for a couple of hours and they moved all the heavy items to the new locations. This included a very heavy wardrobe for which they had to use straps. All in all, we have no hesitation in recommending Hayden and his team.

An outstanding service from Hayden as always! Hayden previously moved our two kids into their flats and then recently moved us into our new house. He is super efficient - really fast with comms, always arrives early, and nothing is a bother. We had to wait hours for our keys to be released and Hayden was so kind and cheerful throughout, and continuously trying really hard to mitigate our extreme stress! A totally unique guy who is exceptional in his field - would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic service yet again from HJG. These guys are, in my opinion, the best out there at what they do.
Moreover, they are extremely competitively priced, take care of your belongings as they were their own, and take all that pressure of moving day off your shoulders. So you can go relax and have a cuppa while they do all the hard graft.
