The best place in London for guitar repairs. I was about to dispose my Yamaha TRBX174 Bass guitar, thinking that it could not be repaired due to an issue with the truss rod. Luckily, I found this amazing place. The team managed to sort out the complicated issue. The neck was curved so that the strings were touching the fretboard. Now, it has been resolved perfectly and replaced with new Bass strings. WONDERFUL SERVICE 😍

I bought possibly the best guitar I've ever owned from Hillsound, a Hils headless guitar with tremalo. I'm blown away by the quality and playability of this instrument. It's a lot of fun to play.

Leonard the owner was very reasonable with his pricing and his staff were really friendly.

I'd definitely recommend a trip to this guitar store, especially if you're in the area.

I have had singing lessons there, excellent teacher. I have seen surprisingly good instruments there among their entry level models too. Really worth popping in for a good find, even for a more expensive guitar.

Friendly, professional, experts and genuinely passionate about music. I have been a customer for many years buying both my ( now teenage) boys a variety of instruments from clarinets to electric guitars and amps and ALWAYS received incredibly personal professional advice and help. The team have also repaired instruments for me which they do efficiently and carefully.

Took my guitar in to be repaired and was greeted by very welcoming and friendly staff.

The input jack on my Gibson wasn’t coming through and after taking it to them, it turned out all that it needed was a small repair with the electronics. The gentleman who served me didn’t charge for the repair.

In a day and age where everything is charged up the yin yang, to have a small token of kindness like that deeply appreciated!

I bought some other essentials and left very happy. What a place! Five stars from me! 😁
