Friendly and incredibly knowledgeable staff with loads of experience. Although stock can be limited, the delivery of specific items is very quick and efficient from Inverness - within a couple of days. Excellent service from a great team!

I returned a sledge hammer purchased 2 days earlier because the head came off ( the hammer's not mine). They replaced it immediately with good grace and great crack . Great place for the diy-er to do business.

Brought some faulty screwdrivers back only for it to be suggested that I had misused them. Managed to get my money back after almost insisting..........thought HIS was better than this. And, I may add, my experience at Inverness is altogether better.
