I ordered a jacket from Highland Army Surplus and paid for express delivery. Few days had passed and my order hadn't been processed. I contacted Highland Army to find out the status of my order. Karen from Highland replied straight away and informed me she had been in hospital over the weekend and that an email was sent with this information. For some reason I never received the email but Karen from Highland packaged and sent my order right away and also refunded my delivery charges, and she done all this after being in hospital all weekend. TOP CLASS SERVICE FROM KAREN AND HIGHLAND ARMY SURPLUS. Highly recommend buying from this outlet. 👌💯👏👏👏

Drove into the little town just to visit the store. Karen attended to us. There are surplus field jackets from New to Pristine A1 condition. Longer field jackets, work pants, back packs, socks and work/cargo pants.
Amazing stock for such a lovely store.
I picked an Austrian and one Danish field jacket, one fleece jacket (for the wife), a trench coat (for the son)... All in all highly recommend for a stop!

Wonderful shop and customer service. While the physical shop is just too far to visit, I can message anytime and make an order. Often I can send specific size requirements and they'll dog through piles of stuff to find my size and send measurements of garments to confirm. Amazing service. Always excellent quality of their surplus too.

A small shop on Forres High Street but inside is packed with goodies. An Aladdin's cave where for mediocre sums you can purchase used and new military clothes, footwear and various excellent quality products. Highly recommended for walkers and outdoor types.
