Worst postal service ever. Royal Mail van was outside my property today and did not attempt delivery. They drove off and next thing I get is a notification that my property was inaccessible. What is the point of using you and paying for 24h delivery when your staff can’t be asked to do their job!

Absolutely appalling service. And no option of being able to go collect this parcel from anywhere! Be more considerate for those who order 24h as they probably paid extra because it was needed next day!

I’m not surprised people prefer to use couriers rather than Royal Mail.

The service was fine, but the opening hours are ridiculously restricted ie just a short period in the morning. This can be massively inconvenient, and creates the impression that customers are a nuisance who must be discouraged from using the delivery office.

The worst parcel collection service ever. Awful opening hours 2 hours a day? What about those who work full-time and can't leave an office in those 2 hours! Have been to this collection office about 10 times in the last 6months and it's only ever been open once. The amount of problems this causes with parcels being returned to sender because I physically cannot collect my parcel is infuriating!!!

Lazy staff can't be bothered to wake up to provide a service they're paid to do.

People queueing all along the street because the staff don't open at 11am on Sunday, they arrive at 11:30 am. It's 11:10 and the guy hasn't even managed to unlock the gate.

It's ridiculous. Public services cannot be managed this poorly. Is this the end of the not so Royal Mail?

Following privatisation this office is now poor,. Open less and inconvenient times, fully closed at weekends. Whole service since privatisation is much, much worse. Very disappointed and first time ever I am seriously considering using DHL instead

I am trying to pick up my parcel about 1 week and this place is difficult to be found open! It is closed all the time and the communication is very poor. Difficult to ask redelivery, very bad service.
