Unreliable delivery company. Parcels are failing to be delivered on time. I am still awaiting a very important parcel needed urgently to be delivered that was supposed to be done 3 days ago and I still haven't got it. Not to mention there is no way of being able to contact the company to make enquiries regarding parcels.... Hermes you really need to sort this out as well as stop stealing parcels that clearly have someone's name on them

Sent a parcel with the next day delivery service, its been over a week my item seems to have been lost and the buyer is now requesting their money back.
Can't get through to anyone with their loop automated service, they don't reply their emails, the online chat is just as bad as it gives you few options on what you can get help and I can't get out of the loop to actualy chat with anyone.

If I could give less than 0 stars I would... terrible terible terrible service.
We logged a complaint they said they would contact us within 48 hrs and its been a week they haven't contacted us at all.
