Opening times are ludicrous. To add to that, sometimes they just don't open when they should be. The 4-7pm Thursday opening time printed on the building and on the website is just a straight-up lie. Went there, saw several people doing the same thing, just for a Royal Mail guy 'working' there tell us he didn't even know about that opening time.. sort this out please! No one can get their mail!!!

One star too generous. Never deliver successfully or use their initiative and leave with a neighbour like every other courier service, then they shut at 2pm on a weekday, so if you work for a living, there's no chance of picking up your parcel. Bravo!

Went to collect a parcel,sign out side stated they open at 8am but doors didn't open until gone 8.10am . Not helpful when try to get to work an extra 10 minutes wait!

Absolutely hopeless. Never answer the phone. Sneak "you were not in notes" when you were in, because they couldn't be bother delivering it.

One star, but should be no stars but it wouldn't let me.

Never answer the telephone when they do they put you on hold for about 20-30 mins wait about a week to 2 weeks minumum for delivry
