Reasonably priced units, discounts for longer commitments and paying upfront. Best of all, great customer service. Val, Elvis and Prince are really helpful and professional without being 'corporate'. If you've used other facilities you'll know what I mean. Very useful to have a collection service too.

A couplecof things to consider though...if you have any mobility issues, then get a ground floor unit as you have to use the stairs to access upper floors. Location is prone to heavy traffic...and on the outskirts of Wimbledon and as its mainly open office hours you need to factor in time to get there if you're not local.

Best storage. I got the best price from all the storages around my area and then I received exclusive service from them. They totally fulfilled all that they advertised.
They come to my place with their own van and help me to load a van and then also unload and load storage. Highly recommend. I'm very happy with them.

I had a fantastic experience with Henfield! The driver (shout out to Elvis, who was particularly helpful and friendly!) was on time and helped me and my partner move our items into the van. Both Elvis and his colleagues, Val and Prince, helped me move my items into the unit and also recommended I downsize the unit as I had over estimated how much space I needed. I would highly recommend Henfield Storage and this branch!

What can I say, the team provided me with the best experience I could have asked for and went above and beyond. I arranged my removal with less than 24 hours notice.
