We have a difficult Site to access in Slapton and Dave and his truck from Heavers took on the last mile with brilliance. When on the Site he was super professional, a real problem solver in lifting and achieved all we could ask raising our roof steels and timbers to level. Fabulous experience.

I needed a 20ft container urgently I phone Heaver bros at 4;15pm and spoke to Maurice Heaver who said they would normally need a week to 10 days to deliver he then said he would see what he could do and phone me back.
Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Maurice who moved heaven and earth to arrange, I bought a 1 trip container far cheaper than any other company and by 7pm it was delivered and sited in an extremely difficult tight position.
The driver Tony kept me informed of his arrival, a very competent driver and very experienced crane operator, nice guy and extremely helpful.
I find some of the others reviews baffling as my experience with Maurice Heaver was an absolute pleasure he even phoned me as the driver was leaving to ask if I was happy with everything, a truly wonderful Devon boy and a pleasure to do business with, first time I have used them but it definitely won’t be the last.
Thank you Maurice and Tony for coming to my aid and I look forward to dealing with you again soon.

Had the unfortunate situation of be stuck behind this lorry whose driver had taken it upon himself to block both lanes of the A36 to stop cars using the outside lane, dispite the merge point being nearly a mile up the road. Called the office and explained their driver was contraveaning the highway code and could they contact their driver to stop. After confirming they would, the ignorant driver continued to block both lanes for another 20 plus minutes. A professional driver and company of this nature should no better. VERY POOR

Had a 20' shipping container from them with a liner( at morris' advice) it kept all our house belonging dry and in great condition for 9 months ( during the wettest winter ever)

I bought two containers from this company, unfortunately I couldn't get to see them, they sent me containers that looked like they had been through a war zone. One of them I had trouble opening and closing the doors, Morris called me a wimp and his son told me to 'man up' because the doors were so difficult to work. I feel that they took advantage of me because I couldn't get to see the containers and sent me ones in very bad condition. Their answer to fixing the doors was to sell me a new one. My advice is to keep away from this company

Just taken delivery of a 20ft shipping container. Right from the first phone call the service has been excellent. Maurice explained everything I needed to know, including advice on how best to protect the goods inside from condensation. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver had a tricky job as the entrance to the property was tight and there were also trees and a phone line nearby. He managed to get the container into place with such precision not touching the tree, hedges or phoneline which was quite a feat; incredible to watch! Thanks for a great service! Would highly recommend.

Just received a phone call from the owner of this company, it was a follow up call to see if I was still interested in a container and I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of empathy from a business before. I had not placed the order because I was involved in a accident that wrote my car off so had to use all my money to get myself back on the road. After telling him this he just said oh well good job I called then sarcastically. Will not be ordering at all now.

Terrible company to deal with. The owner Maurice advised he would call back the next morning after an incident with one of his vehicles, no phone call. Very rude on the phone, undignified and completely lacking any customer service skills. The lady who answered the phone initially seemed helpful, but the aftercare and conversation with the person who owns this business is truly shocking.
