Friendly and helpful staff but lost stars due to getting barged out of the way while in the queue by people looking at the clothes. Would get five stars if the two were separate as essentially this is a post office and not a discount version of Primark. This was not a one off but happens most of the times that I visit. I understand that they have to utilize the space available as much as possible but the layout could be better.
🎉 I have upgraded my review and star rating of the Post Office after my recent visit as the clothes have now gone and been replaced by mobile phone accessories so no more getting shoved about while waiting for service. A much better experience. 👍

Staff at this post office are very helpful, hard working and professional, especially Mr Ankit. Customer service is of the highest quality, We moved a year ago and now this post office is much further from where we live but I still tend to come or drive there as unfortunately I haven't been happy with the service of my local post office including lost items, rudeness etc which never happened here in 7 years. Just coincidence? Maybe. Highly, highly recommended post office.

Second time in past month come and no post office is open on a lunch time, counter who sells drinks is open but he can't do all the things so I need to wait. Apparently person left for meeting. Not sure this is good enough if its advertised that it works full working hours.

Absolute rubbish and rasist staff.
After waited on the que 20 30 mins
A lady had bag packing and blocking the till for for 10 15 mins told her to rush a bit packs can be done at home , there are other customers waiting , the till guy named Mark post office man , he told me to leave as dont want to serve me. Absolutte rubbish atitude for customer and no common sense.

Annoyed customer!
Went in to post a very important document, when I arrived a lady was just getting her receipt from one of the cashiers and I was told they had closed!!
It was 5.20!.I told the staff it says 5.30 closing time on your website. He responded that they used the last 10miniutes to tally and up and do accounts! Really, worst customer service ever.
Dagenham Heathway post office please amend your closing and opening times as you have advertised falsely!
