Utter disaster! My product was shipped without Heat Transfer Warehouse’s knowledge. When I called on 5/23 to verify the info the courier provided for delivery, they didn’t know the item was shipped nor the tracking info. They told me to proceed with the appointment schedule with the courier. Today, 5/24, I waited from 10 am -4 pm for my delivery, just to find out my DTF printer and oven was being delivered to different city and state that was not associated with my order/ nor the address listed on my invoice. Not sure when I will get my products. Called the courier a 2nd time, they updated the address and STILL added an incorrect address to the delivery. This is far from the experience I expected to receive. Hopefully, $6K is not going down the drain.

I placed an order for over 100 dollars... it was sent to wrong address even after their system ask for updated address which I submitted , for some reason i have to submit over and over again... but anyway it was sent to previous address and customer service will not try to resolve problem. I have a real problem sent I have ordered from them at least 5 times since I moved from previous address....I will not ever order from them again 143vinyl will get my business from now on. It's a busy mother day week and Graduation and all my vinyl I need is lost... this company will not put you first. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

I always read the reviews of a company and a product before I purchase. Based off of these reviews I’m not sure that I want to order. It seems that the customer is not valued nor is the customers time or even their small businesses matter to this company. I certainly hope upper management has handle the employees accordingly. I was a a manager for inventory control of a warehouse and also over shipping and receiving. I myself have taken packages to the post office or UPS or Fed-Ex to ensure that the customer would get their package on time every time. I would encourage that upper management retrain employees on phone/customer etiquette and customer service. I just signed up for the VIP but I will be canceling. Customers decide about your companies products based off of reviews. It would benefit your company to make the situation better/right if you wish to continue to gain new loyal customers.

I love the company however, i thought they would have a show room, where i could pick up vinyl. It was not. Only when you get to the building you know it’s a distribution center. According to the website it list the distribution center like a actual store with hours and everything. So i drove thirty minutes out the way, to get vinyl that I could not get. I just needed some holographic vinyl that I left out my order from yesterday. Needless to say. I was sad, i was on the way home from vacation. I’m sad.

HTW promises to ship orders the same day if ordered by 4:30pm. However, within the last 2 weeks I've had 2 orders that were not shipped in a timely fashion. I operate a small business and it is imperative that my orders arrive on time. The first instance I was rudely asked, "well what do you want me to do?" after inquiring about the late shipping. The second time I was given a dry, inconsiderate "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Unfortunately, I can not pass that along to my customers who will be expecting their orders on time. I will be searching for another supplier that actually does what they say they'll do.

Placed order and was told that if I paid $28 for over night that my order would be there but wasn't the case at all. The warehouse is located in Jacksonville and I live in Jacksonville but no over nights on the weekends according to company, then why was I told something different? After speaking with manager they refused to return my money and said that it wasn't away to prove that anyone told me that. $28 isn't a lot of money but it's hard times and after I polightly gave my customer their money back because I couldn't complete the project I would've thought that same respect was given to me. All and all I wouldn't order again from a company that is well to loose a customer over $28 and refuse to say they made a mistake! This as my first bad review ever!

I got what I wanted but it took to long to get my order right here in Jacksonville Florida. It would be nice if they had a show room like SanMar I order from them and I can pick it up from the show room within 2 hours.
