I cannot say anything but it's been a very positive interaction with the service department. Every question answered in good time via email and kept in the loop for the service of my poor TF300. They even sourced the original control dials for amp.

I cannot grumble about the cost either for the service carriage costs to and from the repair center.

Best customer service I've ever had, and really friendly/helpful interaction with Peter Smith from the Laney service support. I have the laney vc15 that lost a potentiometer shaft and knob at a gig, Peter helped me with all my questions (and added really helpful tips) too, and sorced the parts. I think this has been my best experience with a support for a very long time. Best wishes to all at laney and Peter Smith for keeping up the good work.

I emailed about an issue with one of my Ibanez instruments (a simple replacement of a faulty part required) to see if they could help. The replied at first to ask for a model number and pictures, but that was where communication ended on their end. Extremely poor after-sales support. I ended up sourcing an aftermarket replacement part

I bought a new Ibanez for £669. The jack socket was faulty, and Headstock are sending a new one.
