I’ve been using HBC for our deliveries for quite some time now, and they are just fantastic. Although phoning up to arrange a delivery is very easy, we’ve now started using their customer portal, which makes life even easier. I want for customers to know that HBC Logistics may over charge you on a job but will re-post on CX- Courier Exchange to maximise profits from customers. I looked on HBC website, a job to Scotland from the Midlands area goes for about £880( Luton Van), they will definitely re-sale this job on CX for about £350/£400!

Today, we received a huge pallet delivery, and let me tell you, getting things to our house can be a real challenge. Narrow roads, limited turning space – it's not exactly delivery driver friendly.

But that's where George, our amazing delivery driver, comes in! He didn't just drop it off at the curb and leave. He was incredibly helpful, considerate, and accommodating throughout the entire process.

Despite having to walk a considerable distance to get to our doorstep, George maintained a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile (literally!). He helped us brainstorm the best way to get the pallet where it needed to go and offered solutions that made the whole experience so much smoother.
