Very very helpful staff, we had booked our holiday at the Prudhoe branch, which subsequently closed, but the assistants in Hexham were extremely helpful ,when we wanted information on the rules and regulations when visiting Spain. A big shout out for a young man called David, who went above and beyond to help me, when I phoned ,In a panic, because my QR code for Spain hadn't arrived.
