I had a delivery from Hawkins a bit ago now. The allocated time slot passed so I called the company. After holding for just a couple minutes I was helped. They explained some traffic issues and said they would ask the driver to get in touch.
Highly recommend thank you for your service Hawkins!

Poor company. Delivered damaged shower tray, reordered. Waited for the delivery slot and nobody showed up, called office only to be told the driver is stuck in traffic and would be there in a hour. Nobody came and the office closed. Called the next day and was told the driver forgot. I find this hard to believe as he was actually on his way to me according the girl I spoke to the previous day. I complained and asked to speak to a manager who didn’t want to speak to me she just said it will be delivered the day after next and there is nothing else them or I can do. Totally unprofessional.
I have a customer who hasn’t had a shower for a week, my job is running 3 days late and my shower tray is on a tour of England
They’ve taken no responsibility, it makes you wonder how companies like this survive.
Matter reported to homebase escalation, hopefully they will have better luck than me

If I could give this company no stars I would.
I have never experienced such a sham..
I paid for next delivery but it failed to arrive so a wasted evening waiting for it.
I was then told next day that it wouldn't be delivered to the following day, again in the evening, again it failed to arrive and as the next day was Saturday I couldn't speak to anyone until Monday when once again I was told it wouldn't be delivered until the following day.
By now six days have passed and my plumber postponed twice, so no one was happy.
Eventually it was delivered 5 hours later than promised!!!!
I run my own business and have couriers deliver to us all the time but I would not use Hawkins Logistics ever again.
Absolutely the worst service imaginable.

Initial communication with customer services was abysmal, took many calls which were cut off and after 30mins eventually got a chap who looked into the situation and passed the call across to the correct department--- this part I would allocate 0 stars. Delivery on time, driver Phil was very efficient and courteous, all goods received in good condition this is where the 4 stars is achieved.

no stars they are terrible! We should have received our delivery a week ago at the latest, still not here! They keep telling us tomorrow and it never turns up. They blame vehicle breakdowns, staff sickness - not our problem we just need the item we ordered! Avoid like the plague!
