A huge number of insolvent clients, for 1.5 years of use we did not receive about 20,000 pounds due to the bankruptcy of clients, there are no mechanisms for collecting debts from participants, unlike other exchanges, we are leaving.

Very bad experiance.

They will hound you to make payment £3000 inc vat or plus vat depending which salesman gets you on the phone.

Then once paid they tell you be 24 hours to be live. Due to a fault of their stupid system it wouldn’t verify the case handler was useless asked for a mew one on numerous occasions which i was ignored.

Then once i finally told them about themselves they have blocked my account before it even went live. Kept the money and won’t refund and ignoring phone calls and messages. Absolute conmen. I will not rest until we have rather got our refund or until everyone boycots this joke of a provider.

Shame the customer aftermarket is not as keen as the sales team. Absolute sham and if they was providing transport I would be surprised if they was in business.

Fantastic platform-I joined the Courier Exchange in 2017 with one 3.5 Ton van, I worked extremely hard and provided a exemplary service for other members.

In late 2018 I applied for our operators License and purchased our first HGV and upgraded our membership to the Haulage Exchange, again I worked very hard tramping all over the UK and tried to offer the best possible service with my limited resources to other members.

Today we have a fleet of 3 modern HGVS and employ 2 full time PAYE drivers, we also have a small warehouse/premises with secure parking for our vehicles.

Have always found the team at the Transport Exchange Group to be very friendly and helpful when we have technical issues or in rare occasions chasing bad debt.

I haven’t got an account yet but I have been thinking of doing it. My big problem is people not paying drivers for their services. The only reply I see from the platform owners is we’re introducing payment system or whatever. This has been your reply to all these complaints since a year now. Have you not sorted it out or these replies are just automated. What’s going on

terrible service, taken over £3k 5 weeks ago and still cannot get on the platform, no one answers phone calls and its all emails, you get fobbed off with and email (they send your issue to technical department)
do not waste your money, this is a scam, no one answers the phone and numbers say they do not accept phone calls to this number, very quick to call you every day for the payment

It is now starting to become absolutely ridiculous with the amount of non payer's. The exchange are allowing anyone to join up with very little background checks relying on the useless trustd.if a company refuses to pay the haulage exchange will do nothing to help. It is a shame as the platform is excellent and very good way of getting work etc but unfortunately you will not get paid around 20% of jobs.

When it works the Haulage Exchange is very useful but since they introduced Trustd the system does not work when you need it. They have no customer support team to speak to on the phone and if you get stuck with an urgent load and can't log on due to Trustd.
