This is listed as a designated evri parcel collection/drop off shop,however the little shopkeeper refused to take a parcel from me to return for the evri driver to pick up,his excuse was the parcel was too heavy and the driver would refuse to lift it.The parcel was in the correct weight category and it was paid for online so the little shopkeeper was making excuses.From what i seen the space behind the counter was cramped,cluttered and filthy.I took the parcel to newmains post office and they scanned it and took it without any issues,also the staff at newmains were a lot more helpful and professional.
