Excellent storage facility - clean, secure, easy to access. We stored the entire contents of our house for 2 years whilst travelling abroad. Everything was in perfect condition when we returned .... no damp or damage of any kind.
Claire explained all the storage options available, the pricing structure and insurance. She was friendly and always responsive to our questions / messages. I highly recommend the Hall & Burge storage facility.

Superb service at a good price from an excellent storage facility. We needed to store furniture for a few months while having alterations to our home. Claire couldn't have been more helpful, she gave advice on the best size and type of container for our requirements, explained pricing and discounts clearly, and even deferred the start date when there was a delay at our end. Highly recommended!

Needed somewhere to store daughters stuff that she wasnt bringing home from uni for the holidays. Claire was very helpful in advising as to best size of unit. Storage areas are very secure and clean and perfect for what we needed. Will definitely be using again.

Absolutely 1st Class service, all of the team at Hall & Burge couldn't be more helpful! Patient and courteous, and 100% go above & beyond in their customer service and experience.
Their pricing and terms were very clear, and well communicated.
The container we used, which to be fair, we needed at short notice, was top notch, super clean, 100% water tight, and none of our contents or furniture had any element of damp / storage marks, which is indicative of the containers being well insulated and sealed!
Security is incredible and faultless!

Brilliant secure facility with 24hr access & great helpful staff. Sam runs a very professional set up. I researched a lot before travelling for a year and this was by far the best option in this part of Hampshire...price, convenience, location, quality of container, insurance & service all ticked the right boxes. Happily stored all our worldly possessions in a 20ft outdoor container extended (due to Covid) without an issue and Claire even saved us some cash when suggesting a smaller unit after we had started to decant the container when back in the UK. Amazing service.

Have used one of Sam's storage containers for many years. Never any problems great rates, really convenient location to Winchester. If you are looking for a quality storage solution I would fully recommend you give Sam a ring for a chat.

I seldom hive a five star review, but this is worth it. Claire at reception is very helpful, and one can come and go at all hours. This is a big professional operation, and feels secure. They even sell bubble wrap, boxes and tape at reception!
