I went to pick up a newly purchased bike, and the employee named Charlie looked after me throughout the process. He was very communicative and helpful, taking the time to explain several details about the bike, which I really appreciated. Charlie even reassured me that if I were to accidentally damage the bike in the future, I could always return to Halfords and they would be able to fix it. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience very pleasant. Overall it was an amazing service!!

Attended the store today in need of headlight refurbishment struggle to find the product I was looking for being a blonde ha ha found an incredible young man called Jimmy who led me directly to the product I was after, asked me if I required any further assistance or help regarding my purchase. if I leave more members of staff whereas helpful and courteous as this young man.

I was assisted by a black young man, and I believe he may have lacked the necessary product knowledge or customer service skills to help me locate a screen washer. As a premium member, I expected a higher level of service, and I was disappointed that my request wasn't met. Perhaps some additional customer service training would be beneficial. Not very helpful at all.

They're very helpful and prompt. Plus you save a lot of money when you joined their premium membership. Overall I will recommend them. They will help you to fix some little things or majors in your vehicle as long as it is within their specifications and what they covered. And highly recommended for women mostly. Thanks

AVOID BIKE SERVICE.
Booked slot online, they took in my bike begrudgingly, giving themselves a week to perform a bronze service.
No communication at all.
Returned the day after agreed collection, I could see my bike in the bicycle section.
No one around to help for 30 mins. Entire store staff missing, except security.
Finally, collected my bike was given a receipt saying completed service, then they handed over my bike. Immediately I could tell the wheels had little air. Service HAD NOT BEEN PERFORMED but they had collected my money! Asked for a refund, which the manager came to do, and he confirmed he hadn't started on my bike yet! So why did the system show it as completed?
Am a premium member, but was told bicycle products are not included!
